Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using ETL processes
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Develop predictive models to forecast market behavior and customer churn
- Present findings to C-suite executives with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain data governance standards and documentation practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Power BI/Tableau
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Proven track record translating complex data into business strategies
- Excellent presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics) a plus
