Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical design sessions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with product teams
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits for production systems
- Drive technical debt reduction and architectural improvements
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade distributed systems
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect Professional preferred)
- Proven experience with event-driven architecture and message queues
- Strong background in Agile/Sc methodologies and JIRA
- Demonstrated history of shipping scalable SaaS products
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithmic challenges
