Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for automated testing and deployment
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Resolve complex production issues using distributed tracing tools
- Drive security best practices including OAuth2 and data encryption
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing enterprise-grade Java applications
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) with container orchestration
- Strong background in RESTful API design and database optimization
- Proficient with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and TDD principles
- Experience with distributed systems and messaging queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Agile/Scrum methodology proficiency with Jira workflow
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithmic thinking
