Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent QuantumLeap at industry conferences
- Drive DevOps initiatives including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and monitoring
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with cloud-native applications
- Expertise in Go, Python, and distributed systems design patterns
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh technologies
- Strong background in data structures and algorithm optimization
- Experience leading agile development teams and project delivery
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
