Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS DevOps tools
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and drive innovation in cloud technologies
- Ensure system reliability through comprehensive testing and monitoring

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database optimization
- Proven track record of leading full-lifecycle software projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure as code
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
