Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct proactive security audits and implement DevSecOps practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems development
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with async frameworks
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent cloud architecture experience
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
