Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices across CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize database performance with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with AWS cloud services
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with product teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expertise in Java, Python, and React frameworks
- AWS certification or equivalent cloud deployment experience
- Strong background in distributed systems and database design
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
