Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Java, Python, and Go
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, GitLab, and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement robust testing strategies including unit, integration, and load testing
- Monitor and optimize application performance using Prometheus and Grafana
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (Java/Python preferred)
- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver complex features
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
