Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead architectural decisions for complex fintech applications serving 500K+ users
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance and implement robust CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Champion DevOps best practices and infrastructure-as-code methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring development with microservices architecture
- Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in building secure, scalable fintech or SaaS applications
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
- Strong communication abilities and collaborative mindset
