Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Java, Python, and AWS
- Lead architecture decisions for microservices and cloud-native solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Drive DevOps practices including containerization and infrastructure as code
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
