Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance microservices using Go, Python, and Java
- Lead cloud-native deployments on AWS/GCP with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Optimize system performance, reducing latency by 40%+ quarterly
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and security best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and patent novel solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in at least two backend languages (Go/Python preferred)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to deployment
