Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and create detailed reports to support executive decision-making.
- Identify areas for process improvement by analyzing operational data and proposing data-backed strategies.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate data entry and storage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
