Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, and AWS
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical debt reduction
- Ensure compliance with security standards and data privacy regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with cloud-native applications
- Expertise in at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade code
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
