Responsibilities
- Lead threat hunting and incident response for enterprise networks
- Implement and manage SIEM/SOAR platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop security automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for secure CI/CD pipeline integration
- Maintain compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA standards
- Mentor junior analysts and document security procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with focus on threat detection/response
- Certification: CISSP, CEH, or GIAC (required)
- Expertise in network security tools (Firewall, IDS/IPS, WAF)
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows environments and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with SIEM correlation rules and threat intelligence feeds
- Strong analytical skills for complex threat investigations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent written communication for reporting and documentation
