As part of our Core Infrastructure team, you'll architect distributed systems, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional product teams to deliver mission-critical services. Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP for 99.99% SLAs
- Lead code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Jenkins
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in production-grade backend development
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and service meshes
- Strong problem-solving skills with data structure mastery
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent practical experience
