Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
- Lead the architecture and implementation of microservices and distributed systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and operations to define product requirements.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions in real-time.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
