Join our dynamic team at TechFlow Analytics as a Senior Data Analyst and transform complex datasets into actionable business insights. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to drive data-driven decision-making across our portfolio of SaaS products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover trends, optimize operations, and deliver compelling visualizations that impact our growth strategy. This hybrid role offers flexibility with 3 days in our vibrant Portland office and 2 remote days weekly.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Tableau to identify business opportunities and risks
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports for executive stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to implement data validation frameworks
- Design A/B tests and statistical analyses to support product launches
- Present findings to leadership with clear recommendations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms (Snowflake, Looker)
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven impact in tech/SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI visualization skills
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and ETL processes
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Certification in Google Analytics or equivalent preferred
