Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, high-performance software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and establish coding standards to ensure code quality.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex system issues, and implement best practices for security and scalability.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design to deployment and monitoring.
- Drive technical innovation by researching emerging technologies and proposing solutions to improve business processes.
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
