- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL and Redis
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Docker
- Conduct code reviews ensuring security best practices
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years building production-grade web applications
- Expertise in microservices architecture and cloud-native systems
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven programming
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, PyTest)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
