- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and database queries for high-traffic applications
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap
- Ensure security best practices across all development phases
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring development with microservices architecture
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Strong background in relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching strategies
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in Agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
