Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance
- Drive DevOps best practices including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging across all application layers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud deployment experience
- Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
