Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and architectural discussions for critical infrastructure components
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Optimize system performance and security posture using CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Go or Rust
- Expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and container orchestration
- Proficiency with AWS/GCP services, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
