Responsibilities
- Architect and develop cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Optimize system performance and scalability for 99.99% uptime SLA
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Lead technical sprint planning and backlog grooming ceremonies
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech community initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java and JavaScript frameworks
- Expertise in AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready code
- Experience mentoring technical teams and leading architectural decisions
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
