Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Architect cloud-native solutions with Kubernetes and serverless technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Drive system performance improvements and security hardening initiatives
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Go/Python/Java)
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and data consistency models
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design and deployment
- Excellent written communication for remote collaboration
