Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews for the team.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and deliver features on time.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Security: Ensure all software is secure, compliant with industry standards (GDPR/HIPAA), and resilient against threats.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong track record of shipping products.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or C# and frameworks like React or Angular.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
