Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of cloud-native microservices using Java/Python
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize application performance and resolve complex production issues
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (Java/Python preferred)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong background in RESTful API development and SQL databases
- Proven experience leading agile development projects
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
