Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of complex, scalable software architectures using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Full-Stack Development: Develop high-quality, clean, and maintainable code across the full stack (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features on time.
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and contribute to the establishment of best practices and coding standards.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt to ensure system reliability and speed.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and Python. Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a focus on delivering robust solutions.
