Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS Lambda
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Mentor 3+ engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize database performance for PostgreSQL and Redis clusters
- Champion agile practices through sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct security audits and implement OWASP best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience building production-grade REST APIs
- Expertise in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithm optimization focus
