Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
- Develop statistical models to forecast healthcare utilization and costs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliverables
- Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience in healthcare or tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing abilities
