Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement security best practices and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Drive performance optimization for 10M+ user applications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong AWS/Azure cloud deployment experience
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
