Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, high-performance software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Lead technical design sessions and provide mentorship to junior developers and interns.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to handle growing user demands.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective fixes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
