Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of distributed systems using Go and Kubernetes
- Mentor 3-5 engineers through code reviews and architectural planning
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime across AWS/GCP environments
- Drive SaaS platform scalability to support 10M+ user transactions
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Champion DevOps best practices including IaC and infrastructure monitoring
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in backend development with Go/Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and microservices patterns
- Proven track record leading production-level systems at scale
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and system design
- CI/CD mastery with Jenkins, GitLab, or ArgoCD
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
