Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical leadership during critical incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
