Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Python, Go, and Node.js
- Architect cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS/GCP with CI/CD automation
- Lead technical planning and execution of product features in Agile/Scrum environments
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance while maintaining 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Implement robust security protocols and data protection measures
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in distributed systems and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade web applications
- Advanced knowledge of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana/New Relic)
- Strong problem-solving skills with systems design experience
