Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance microservices using cloud-native technologies
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain engineering excellence
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies
- Proficiency in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
