Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead code reviews and optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.99% uptime
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Contribute to open-source projects and publish research at industry conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in distributed systems and cloud-native development
- Expert proficiency in Go, Python, and container orchestration (Docker/K8s)
- Strong background in AWS/GCP infrastructure and IaC tools
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade SaaS applications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithm design expertise
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
