Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver high-quality products.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks and implement innovative solutions to optimize system performance and user experience.
- Testing & Deployment: Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including testing, CI/CD pipeline integration, and production deployment.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical mentorship to foster a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Frameworks: Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, Spring).
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and optimization.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning.
