As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to implementation and deployment. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to drive project momentum.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Implement automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment frequency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in one or more primary languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
