Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability microservices using Node.js and Python
- Lead cloud infrastructure optimization on AWS/GCP with Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural sessions
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Champion best practices in testing, security, and observability
- Present technical solutions to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production software development
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python frameworks
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architectures
- Proven track record with containerization and orchestration
- Familiarity with event-driven patterns and message queues
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
