As a Senior Engineer, you will not only write code but also shape the technical direction of our products. You will work in a collaborative environment that values transparency, creativity, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, React).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
- Architect robust backend systems and ensure data integrity and security compliance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C# with deep knowledge of backend frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
