Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js
- Lead cloud infrastructure optimization on AWS with Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for rapid deployment
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure system reliability
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to engineering excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java and JavaScript
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems
- Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code
