Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using AWS and Jenkins
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and tech reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct performance tuning and security audits of production systems
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices and infrastructure-as-code
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java and JavaScript
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of delivering high-availability systems at scale
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
