Responsibilities
- Lead design and development of microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools (CodePipeline, EKS, Lambda)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Optimize system performance and database queries for 99.99% uptime
- Conduct thorough testing and implement security best practices
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with backend development in Go or Java
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
