Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Go and AWS Lambda
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Mentor 3+ engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Architect real-time data processing pipelines with Kafka and Spark
- Drive cloud infrastructure modernization using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Conduct security audits and implement zero-trust architecture principles
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-level software development
- Expertise in Go, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
- Active AWS/GCP certification or equivalent cloud expertise
