Responsibilities
- Design scalable microservices architecture using Go and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for AWS cloud infrastructure
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement RESTful APIs with gRPC and GraphQL for enterprise clients
- Conduct A/B testing on user-facing features using PostgreSQL and Redis
- Automate infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Collaborate with product team on technical requirements and roadmaps
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in production-grade Go/Python development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring technical teams
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
