Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS infrastructure
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor team members through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement robust testing strategies including unit, integration, and performance testing
- Contribute to architectural decisions for enterprise-scale applications
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java and Spring framework
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
