Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable microservices using Go, Python, and AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code implementation
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive system performance optimization and security hardening initiatives
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with cloud platforms
- Expertise in distributed systems, REST APIs, and database optimization
- Strong proficiency in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Proven ability to deliver production-grade code in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and collaborative mindset
