Responsibilities

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews to ensure best practices and high standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements and user stories.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability across all environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong track record.
- Proficiency in core programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote team setting.
