As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering team, driving technical excellence and delivering solutions that impact millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, and backend engineers) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Code Quality: Perform rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and optimal performance.
- Architecture: Contribute to the architectural design of our microservices and infrastructure, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and participate in technical onboarding sessions to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in software development with proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Methodologies: Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Databases: Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
