Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable distributed systems using Java, Go, and Python
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices for CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent InnovateTech at tech meetups
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade distributed systems
- Expertise in at least one JVM language (Java/Kotlin) and one dynamic language
- Strong foundation in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for clean, maintainable code
- Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams
- Contributions to public GitHub repositories or personal tech blog preferred
